Caroline joins McMahon Marketing as their Director of Operations. After having the opportunity to work in several different industries following her graduation from the University of Oklahoma, including serving as the top Case Manager at a local law firm and managing a fine-dining favorite, Caroline is extremely excited to now call herself a member of our team’s fast-paced, ever-growing, high-energy environment.
As a daughter of a pilot in the Air Force, Caroline and her family have had the opportunity to live and travel all over the world, learning different languages and experiencing new cultures to the fullest. She enjoys reading, cooking, listening to a good standup and, most of all, spending quality time with her friends and family. She also likes cats. And wine.
Jen is the most recent employee of the McMahon Marketing team as the Director of Engagement Marketing. Upon graduating from the University of Oklahoma with her Master’s, Jen decided she could no longer procrastinate the “real world” with education and continuous student loans. Having a few years experience working in marketing and advertising, as well as receiving her Bachelor’s degree in a creative field, McMahon Marketing was just the fit for her.
Born and raised in central Jersey, Jen is the firecracker in the office, always shooting off a couple rounds (of jokes) to keep the masses entertained. Jen loves the idea of traveling, but is too poor for this leisurely activity, so hooray Pinterest and social media excursions. She’s also a philanthropist, existentialist and a loud mouthed nugget (but really, she’s 4’11). And a super nerd.

Prior to earning a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, Korey competed as a professional freestyle snowboarder. In 2003, he was ranked #2 in the nation by the United States of America Snowboard Association.
That winning drive that propelled him as an athlete has served Korey well in the competitive world of marketing, too.
After his retirement from competitive snowboarding, Korey worked with the $4 billion marketing mogul, Mountain Dew, and executed Guerilla Marketing Campaigns. His successful implementation of marketing campaigns earned him awards and recognition including more than two million YouTube views and placement as one of the Top 10 Dew Galleries in the nation.
In 2009, Korey moved to Norman with his wife, a native Normanite and University of Oklahoma graduate. Korey used his business development and technology-based marketing skills to grow a local marketing agency, doubling the number of clients they served in just one year and doubling the size of staff. The formation of McMahon Marketing LLC was the next logical step for someone driven to excel in his profession.
In his spare time, Korey volunteers at St. Thomas More University Parish, leading study groups. He’s active in the Norman Rotary Club, a community kickball league and participates in events such as the Norman Christmas Parade. Korey graduated from the 2011-2012 Leadership Norman Class, has been selected as one of twenty professionals as a 2012 NEXT Under 40 Young Professional, a 2012 recipient of the OKC BIZ Forty under 40, and awarded ActionMAN of the Year by ActionCOACH – The World’s #1 Business Coaching Firm.
After spending four years in the fast-paced world of sports marketing, Dane decided to align his talents with his passion for the local community. He now serves as McMahon Marketing’s resident Creative Director, helping businesses of all shapes and sizes clarify and realize their vision.
With a background in fine art, Dane utilizes his in-depth knowledge of composition and art theory to produce functional and visually appealing work for our clients. Although Dane’s title is Creative Director, it should really be Jack of All Trades-he is responsible for assignments crossing into all areas of McMahon Marketing, and his never-ending thirst for knowledge ensures that he is constantly learning and improving his skills.
When he isn’t continuing to learn and hone his craft in his spare time, Dane enjoys skateboarding and building Lego masterpieces with his son. He is also passionate about his role as a jazz musician, begging the question: Is there anything this guy can’t do?
Rennie Cook, President of The Triumph Team, is our business coach. Rennie works with the team to transform our passion and potential into optimal performance. Rennie meets with the team regularly and helps guide McMahon Marketing to become the world class organization that we aspire to be.
